Walmart family mobile

Wondering why my walmart family mobile account keeps having auto pay removed. The company has no idea why and I haven't done it. I'm the only person who does anything regarding my account. And now in researching information in my online account page my phone number is missing in payment history. The other 2 lines show up and the phone number on my account is my son's number not mine. I've had my plan since August his was added in October. Any thoughts
 
This sounds like a screw-up at their end, cut and dry.

I'd call them and immediately ask for a supervisor. Once you've gotten the rep's attention, they'll offer to look into the issue; let them, but if they don't resolve it, insist on escalating this and getting a supervisor.

This is not something you, the customer, could've done, so it's up to them to straighten it out.
