The new official OxygenOS update, 10.0.1, has a build date of... 191114

This is an earlier build date than Open Beta 2... 191120

This will cause issues for anyone wishing to switch from Open Beta 2 to OxygenOS 10.0.1 as it means a downgrade of the firmware.

It is going to be a full wipe job of the phone, with either the roll-back from Android 10 to Android 9 firmware for the 6 & 6T or you can use the MSMDownloadTool for the...

OnePlus 6T MSMDownloadTool

OnePlus 6 MSMDownloadTool

(N.B. The above methods are for use on the global models only. T-Mobile (USA) owners will need the TMO MSMDownloadTool)

Considering the release note is pretty the same, does it mean oos 10.0.1 better than open beta 2?
