Why is my apps detailed in this way when I run a privacy scanner??

Looks like Google wanting to know where, when, and how you're using their Play Store. That seems about right, because analytics and user data is one of Google's main businesses.

I'm also pretty sure that in order to use the play store you have to agree to allow Google to do all that data collection.
