I think you may need to buy a new CPU and mainboard. Something like a Intel Core i5 or i7, that supports Intel HAXM. Maybe some useful information here:

Yes mainboard. Because if you change from an AMD to Intel CPU, you'll need a mainboard that takes Intel CPUs.
