My SPC S12, has these malwares and adwares, how do I delete them permanently? I've tried deleting them by safe mode, but they came back..how do I solve this?

I'm sorry that I can't help you, but your thread interests me - as I'm on a quest to stem the flow of metadata. tracking & phishing/spoofing.

I await for a reply, just like you are. I'm hoping that we can gain at least SOME control over what data gets shared, and what apps tend to be invasive. Gosh, I dislike Oreo immensely. It seems that privacy has become a non-option.

If they're still appearing and running in safe mode, that usually means that they came with your phone or tablet, and are baked into the firmware. No idea what an "SPC S12" is, can't find any information about this device at all. Do you import it from China or something? As these have been known to include adware and malware on occasions.
