LG V40 verizon bluetooth voice call not working but bluetooth music is working

Hi,
My LG V40 verizon bluetooth voice call is not working. Bluetooth connects fine and i can use audio for music play on my bluetooth car radio (media audio). I have tried a few different bluetooth headsets and none of them work to transmit call audio. I have also checked the settings on the bluetooth device to make sure call audio calling is selected and have also tried toggling it on/off. I have reset the phone settings too and that didnt seem to work. I am running andriod 9 with software version V405UA20E. The phone is not rooted.

Hi. I tried 2 different bluetooth head phones and 2 different car bluetooth devices with no luck.
