Get my album art back

Just upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S10 to Android 10 ("Q") the other day, and now I've lost all the album cover art that didn't come with Amazon Music downloads. I used to use Album Art Grabber but it doesn't work on Android 10, and the developer seems to have abandoned it.

My music is on the SD card, and whatever cover art I've downloaded apart from Amazon is in the gallery or Google Photos.
Any way to get my cover art back?

Try PowerAmp. I'm not sure if they still have the 30 day full version test option available but if they do...
Install to phone > Restart > Open app > Settings > Album art. It will search for and find something appropriate.
