Milo Willamson

Android Expert
Key points:

They do make everything sharper but, I had these molded, but the doctors did not say "Okay Milo, I want you to spin around the chair. So the mold will fit perfectly for your left ear." They do pick up even the slightest sound, pretty up close like my breathing, or myself typing away. They do have the ear piece to fit over my ear, so I can take them out, without much worrying about them getting knocked down.

Even with sunglasses ontop of my head, they fit pretty great on the ear piece, other then the molded part of the left one was really in the wrong shape. Volume works okay with touching on the controllers ontop of the ear piece.

The app is working pretty great with the device.

However:

Much like all electronics they do get over heated, as well as small feavers from time to time,
Also the soundwaves get myself an ear ache in both ears, even when the sound muted, they are a heap of a price around like 1k or so, I forget the huge ammount too, but since I am the first one to beta test these. This will come into arragement when the conversations striken right.
The left ear piece does not pick up much freqencies as the right one, it is either the suites I am in, generally I am at home pretty much frequently - except for whatever moving alongst in this tiny shell on earth.

They do not work much as streaming anything, even when the phone is pretty close by, like only by my keyboard, it fades in and out too. But television and interacting with different human beings, they work splendid.

My rating a 3.5. out of 5.

Follow up app. He did adjust them, and have the correct way on how to put them right, they still over heat and make my hearing amplified , in different frequencies I automatically pick up.

(this would of been useful if I googled it off my phone, oh well . Did not had enough time in the moment to say something rotten to them. But he was there.)

I am so frustrated on this, seriously they need to lay out there app, to add in and subtract - or at least have a real faq page, Pharox web site really sucks some bad drugs. They shrink down their web site down to a bar, in the middle of it. It does not help with the mobile market either - it is the same url. Only microsize, fix their web site please and make it compture friendly. f**************ing idiots!

Would you please post its URL? My search for "Pharox" turned up nothing but stuff related to lighting, like light bulbs.

Edit: Okay, do you mean Phonak?

Its web site looks perfectly fine on the only thing I've tried, Chrome on my Z².

Sorry, dear, but that's not what I'm seeing at all.

I just went to their site on one of my [Linux] laptops. My regular browser is SeaMonkey, so I tried it first. I went to multiple pages, all with the same result: perfectly fine. Here are a few:

Then I fired up Chrome--which I've assumed you're using--and repeated the process, checking multiple other pages, all with the same result.

So, where does that leave you?

Is their site the only one where you're having this problem?

Have you tried another browser?

Have you checked your browser's settings for anything that might cause this (extra large text? not allowing JavaScript? etc.?).

Ah you must have a bigger monitor then I do :)

I believe that particular laptop's screen is 17"--but that shouldn't matter. :)

If I tried (which I didn't) scaling the browser down to a much smaller size, its contents should remain perfectly viewable, though they'd wrap down the page. I think it would take a mighty small screen to make most modern sites unreadable.

Have you tried with Chrome on your Z²? As mentioned before, it looks fine for me. Plus, you can choose "Desktop site" from [mobile] Chrome's menu and get it in its normal version, but you'll have to enlarge it and scroll around in order to see everything.

Yup I tried chrome on my z2 :)

I blown it up with edge, somehow that is a lot bigger on my desktop. No kidding, it gets annoying.

Now why I cannot listen to youtube via these hearing aids?
Was it the Doc subtracted it though? Come on man, altneratively I can get
a new pair though of wireless head phones.

*New app can really listen to different kinds of music, youtube et all,
I am sorry for just ranting on them for so long, but this time around it is better. :D
