Android security/compromised phone help please.

Bo Boey thanks so much for reading. I notice sometimes when I download an app that ( really quickly ) I will see in the notification bar that something is uploading to Microsoft one drive. I go to recent uploads and nothing is there.
Sometimes while using Firefox as a browser I'll get a brief notification that it's running in the background.
Basically I know my phone is compromised. I'm not worried about my network or phone, I'm just interested in finding out what is going on.
When I open Outlook I have 2 email addresses and only one of them is legit.
I have a Moto g6 play. A factory reset won't do anything because my IP address is already in, as is whomever is in my network. Using a VPN won't do anything because again they are already in.
I'm able to tell when he is in my network remotely because things change very much on my phone. I will start writing and email and my font changes size, he can change the color of my fonts and basically my phone is remotely out of my control. It's a long story and I won't bore you. I'm not by any means trying to get anyone in trouble but can someone please tell me the best security apps or if you know anyone whose ever had this happen to them ( cloaned phone ) compromised network. Sorry I know this is a lot to take in. My direct question is where can I get more information about security. I downloaded the lookout app and it says SSID is unknown. I'm definitely not calling my isp.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft cloud storage but have you considered downloading whats important to you and then deleting you account and uninstalling all Microsoft apps. Then change the rest of your passwords on your other accounts. Then you can choose a cload storage that provide 2 step verification and better security. If you have developer option enabled make sure usb debugging is turned off.
I would also recommend a factory reset but you will need your Google account password or youll be lock out of you android (FRP). I suggest writing the new password down on paper. It might be hard to remember the new recently changed password.
