Moving pictures to albums

Having issues moving pictures to albums in the gallery. I used to be able to just long press and the 3 dots would appear and if tap on mine to our copy to album. That's no longer a option the 3 dots are not there. Only delete and share. Anyone else have this happen? Any fixes!
 
Hi Bobby! Are you sure you have PICTURES selected at the bottom, and not ALBUMS or something else? Because as long as I'm in the Pictures section, I can select multiple photos and move to whatever album I want.
