Cant stream at HD but i have supported devices

It would help to actually know just what devices you do have. But more importantly, are you having this problem with your WiFi or your mobile data (cellular), or both?
Have you used any kind of speed test site to determine what kind of bandwidth speed you're connecting to?
Try using Netflix's https://fast.com
Typically with streaming video content, you'll need only about 3Mpbs for standard resolution but for 4K content at least 25Mpbs.

Our WiFi Is fast thats why idk why is this happening to me. I have the same model for streaming and still playback is in SD

Some actual numbers might help determine what's going on as 'fast' is a very subjective word. Fast bandwidth for someone with a fiber connection is a different matter than someone with an older DSL connection.
But try looking through Netflix's guide on this matter:

-- You can skip the 'device is capable' listing as your phone is quite sufficient to handle streaming HD content:

That pretty much indicates your issues are tied to some issue that's not caused by your phone.
-- The issue of having this problem with WiFi, mobile data, or both is still unanswered so the issue could be with your ISP (WiFi) or your carrier (mobile data).
-- IF it's only a problem when using WiFi, what kind of router do you have? A really dated one could have a lot of issues providing a consistent, high speed connection, especially if you live in a household with a lot of other people also doing their own online activities.
-- Be sure to double-check if your Netflix account supports HD (as referred to in that Netflix link above)

Well we have more accounts but mine is not streaming at HD only mine. Its weird. I checked my WiFi and it is on 25mb/s so idk whats wrong. My Phone is supported to stream at HD but still when i open netflix, click on some film or serial and show info There isnt written any HD. I checked it so many times if my Phone is supported to stream at least at HD and it is
