I don't have a search option in calendar. Only option in ... Is refresh .I have factory reset mobile and option doesn't appear. I am using a Google Pixel 4 XL

Try the "hamburger" menu (3 horizontal lines in top-left corner).

The only item showing in there is Refresh.
No, not the 3 dot button on the top right (which does just offer "refresh"), the three bars on the top left (which opens the left sidebar with the different views, the list of calendars, and "search" at the bottom of the list of views):
