NOT hiding the navigation bar, is it possible?

I like to have actual buttons to press the instant i want to press them. Ive found lots of options and internet advice on hiding the navigation bar but i want the opposite, i want no app or timer to be able to take it away, i want the navigation bar full time.

Is it possible to prevent the navigation bar from hiding?

Yes. Install a different launcher from the play store
