Down loading appts

Is there a way to down load apps without wifi? I don't have wifi at home but I have unlimited data on my phone.

yes you can use your cellular connection.

Just in case, start up your Play Store app, tap on the three horizontal line icon in the top left (a.k.a. hamburger menu), and open the Settings menu. Be sure the the 'App download preference' and 'Auto-update apps' options are set to use 'Over any network' and not 'Over Wi-Fi only'.
