How can I turn off 3g Watchdog?

long press 3g watchdog in the notification area, then details, then choose force quit. Could be different based on android version but basically, get into the app in android settings and find the place to force quit there.
 
Probably not urgent any more, since it's just a few days short of 9 years since the last post. But also 3g watchdog stopped working on my phone some time ago (either with the Android 10 update or one of the later monthlies, but probably A10), and hadn't been updated for years, so the problem is probably solving itself by now anyway...
