Help Some of my Telegram videos are showing no picture

Dear Community,

on my Telegram channel, 2 of my videos don't show an initial image, instead just a blank white image.

Maybe it's because of the size / length of the video? If so, from what size / length on does this problem arise? If not, what else could it be?

I have already contacted Telegram support, but have not yet received an answer.

I have not had this issue.

I have, on occasion, tried to upload a video that was too large.

It seems that somewhere around 2GB per file is the limit, at least on my end.

Perhaps after you uploaded it, you deleted it from the device?
This would mean that it must be downloaded again in order for you to view it.

There is a setting in Telegram to allow you to stream such things, but if this works is dependent on the video and the quality of your signal.

Is your channel open to the public?
If so, (or even if not) then you can send me a private message with your Telegram contact and I will send you mine.

This way, you can forward thhe video to me via Telegram, and I can see if it works on my end.

Whether or not Telegram can/will help you depends upon their time frame, what version of Telegram you use, and other things as well.
