My Android tablet will not turn on. bought it over christmas time and it won't charge on a wall charger or with a computer. I need help please. Model M729b Mid

If the tablet will not charge from the wall, it can be either the charging cable or the charging circuits in the tablet itself. Most tablets charge at an amperage rate of 1-2 amps, while the computer's USB port will be lucky to crank out 500 milliamps of current. So it will not likely charge properly from the computer.
Back to the cable: take the cable to a repair shop, Radio Shak or friend with a multimeter and plug it in. Make sure there is proper voltage at the charging tip (I actually had a cable go bad on me and had to buy a new one). If power is good coming out of the cable, then the tablet's charging circuits are bad. The tablet would need repair.

HI I'm having a similar problem maybe someone can help me with when I go to turn it on the mini android guy come on then a bit of info in the lower right corner (Android OS 4.0, Kernel 3.0.8, Build # V1.5.1, then after a few seconds the info goes away & the droid stays, until I hold the power button to turn it off, & it appears as if the antennas on the droid are slightly brighter on the ( right side as it's looking at you, but it's actually it's left side if it were standing in front of you) theirs no noise or vibrations as it coming on. Does anyone have any helpful suggestive advice on what to do?? Thanks...
