Help net10 MY ACCOUNT wont register my sim

have net10 service have an at&t unloxked phone already active with my net10. how do i register the phone to MY ACCOUNT every time i log into my account says no phone on account but it wont let me register it. help

Serious problems at net10 support. They told me I needed a new SIM, it eventually arrived, I followed directions carefully, can place calls and sms texts, but data is not available. Support chat is endless hyperbole, escalation to management states a phone call is eventual, but it never comes.
