What is this error???

Has anyone seen thus before? I tried resetting my network settings and it didn't get rid of it...help!

Looks like a MAC address, which is presumably from a device the phone is trying to connect to. Try resetting that device, in addition to the phone.

Are you using a smart-watch or something similar, that has that MAC address? As that's what's in your screen-shot, e.g. watch settings, etc.
 
I disconnected all my bluetooth devices and doing a network reset did that too. I was still getting it after that.

What are you actually trying to do there
, like are you trying to pair a smart-watch to your S21 phone? More details from you maybe needed.
