I get errors when I create a new project in Android Studio

I have installed Android Studio Chipmunk but I get error messages when I create a new project. I use an I5 11300H and Windows 11 home. What can I do to avoid the errors? I have not written any code, only created a new project. See attachments.

Is your project based on Kotlin other than Java? Does a new project based on Java have this issue, too?

Create a new project, and select 'Language' with Java in 2x.jpg.

Does your project path include a space?

In fact, I just created a new project without any code writing. There is not any problem.

It started to work when I reinstalled both windows and Android studio.

It seems to be a development environment issue.
