I purchased a Tab S6 Fall of 2019 when they came out. the screen cracked in February 2020 despite having a cover on it.
I have tried Samsung, U Break I Fix, and Best Buy and no one can fix the screens on a Tab S6. Samsung never provided any parts for the product even to their own repair service.
Anyone have any advice as to where I can get the device repaired.
Samsung has said they have no options except buying a new one.
