S21 camera convert negatives?

Can I take a picture of a negative and convert it to regular color using the S21 camera?

If the camera can't do it, you can do it with GIMP photo editor which is free GIMP

I have GIMP as an option but I just want to know if my phone camera will do it. Thanks

Depends on your camera app.
Some will do this.
You can also install a photo editor app from the play store that can do it.
