Please help, my mate 20 pro stopped accepting the 6 digit pin code I have been using for 2 years. I thought it was just a software glitch, because the phone is old. Now my Vivo 25e is doing the exact same thing. Can someone change your pin remotely or something? I am now locked out of both my phones. Please help!

Ok, update. On the vivo V25e I remembered that I installed outlook the other day and linked it to my work account. It asked to set a pin code when setting up. I just used that same pin code and it accepted it on the Vivo. So, at least one phone is fixed. I am still stuck on the Mate 20 pro though, I did not change anything, it just stopped accepting my 6 digit pin.
The Pin is a security feature in case a phone is lost or stolen. Nothing we can help you with. Sorry.
Try logging in using your Huawei ID, you maybe able to reset it from the website, as long as the phone is online.
