Lawnchair app, debug..

So I come across this again today,
it is still pretty much in the early days of the launch, Github has it updated like barley a few days ago.
Still it is a massive nova killer..

I see that the early access is available on the Play Store. I'm not sure about it killing off my Nova, just yet.

I know that..

Still it is like a lot of ways nova,
the only difference is there is no like "Last download, most favorite.." Wich I come in deeds of playing around with it for the past few days.
It is pretty slick.

Lawnchair has been around for many years. Not sure why it's still called "early access" or showing so few downloads, unless this is some sort of relaunch of the project.

I last tried it a few years ago and it was indeed a "Nova killer", but not in a good way: somehow it managed to mess up some settings so that some features of Nova no longer worked the way they did before I tried it (how I don't know: it shouldn't be able to corrupt Nova's data, so it must have messed-up something in the system itself, only that also shouldn't have been possible). Can't remember the details as it was some time ago, probably on my previous phone, certainly before Nova 7, but I've never wanted to try it again.

Mind you this thread prompted me to search on "Launcher" in the Play Store and having not done that for a few years it was a bit depressing: it felt like there had been very little innovation or development in the years since I last looked.

It really works wonders on my cell so far, just but a tiny bug when it boots up from the lock screen starts off black for nearly two seconds but, after that it seems pretty awesome.

Till death do us part.

Probably right. I've already lived through the "Death" of a lot of good apps that have been abandoned by the original creative team. For years I kept an old version of a certain file manager that was sold to the Chinese.
Old games that are no longer supported on the newer versions of Android.

Likewise.
