Microsoft edge browser .. Win ten glitch.

So nearly about every time I power on my p.c. and click on the swirl, it tends to resize it down to a fraction of a quarter of the window..
But I can easily put it on full screen in a second, my question is.. Why can't it stay in full screen?

Some software has keyboard shortcuts to maximize the window or switch to full screen. For example, Alt + Enter or F11 can force some programs to stay in full screen mode

ITs okay right about now, probably was a glitch.
