What's the weather like where you are?

It warmed into the forties again with a very slight Southerly breeze or no wind at all. I have a lawn to clean up tomorrow so I got my mowers and and ran them a bit today. It was nice enough that I talked myself into mulching my leaves. It's supposed to get into the mid fifties tomorrow so I should have a good day for mowing. It will be my last lawn this year. I never look forward to putting the mowers up.

It was fairly nice here today. The temperature topped out at 57° this afternoon with a South wind in the low teens mph. I got my last lawn cleaned up for the winter and worked in a much needed bike ride.

A few days ago i was in North Carolina temperature was a bone chilling 71 degrees :D:thumbsupdroid:
Tonight it's a different story

It's 54 right now and partly cloudy. I was concerned about rain in the morning, which is when Wreaths Across America is coordinating the laying of live wreaths on veterans' graves at over 4, 000 cemeteries throughout the country. Thankfully, the forecast for our little cemetery has improved to partly cloudy, 53 and no rain.

Another cold morning, slept well last night

Í have been warned about a potential snow fall coming into our area around the 22nd. But with current temps in the 50's and projected temperatures into the lower 70's next week, I'm not sure.

We went to a Christmas event for the Darling Bride's Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing group last night. It was about 45 minutes up the interstate. Took nearly 1.5 hours to get home! got home! We decided to take US 41 all the way home (since it parallels I-24). Big mistake because the Busy Corner bridge across the interstate at Exit 105 is CLOSED from 7 PM to 6 AM! All westbound I-24 traffic was being routed up the off-ramp, up & over, and back onto the interstate (expect project completion is late next year). I finally got a chance to cut in, took I-24 back 8 miles to Beechgrove, turned around and got eastbound, went BACK to Busy Corner! Now on the other side of the bridge (16 miles later) I decided to continue 41 into town and we hit FOG. Wow we could have cut that stuff with a knife. Slow going all the way to the house with very low visibility - and, of course, we have to be ever-vigilant for deer, which are everywhere. Last night would have been a great night to stay home safe.

It's warmed up to a balmy 35° so far. A stiff North wind insures that you are quite chilled when you step outside. It even looks like winter with the sky completely overcast and dreary. At least it was in the low to mid fifties the past couple of days.
