I accidently downloaded two CAP files from NVIDIA to assisst with..

My monitor still light flickers, no headaches from it though, it is annoying.
So far I have disable the monitor, reinstalled with with the correct digital download.
Updated the windows seveal times, it is up to speed,
checked my cords= no damage since they are brand new.
I searched everywhere to make it stop,but all I am getting is "Disable and reinstall your monitor device."
I am a bit upset.

I would want to test the monitor on another PC to isolate the problem. It's either video card and drivers or the monitor is having issues.
