I actually use the term "gruntled" quite a bit when people ask how I'm doing. They never ask... so I can only hope they did a quick inventory of their vocabulary; found the term "disgruntled"; and extrapolated the definition of "gruntled" to be the opposite. Or they're just ignorant and too proud to admit there's something they don't know.
