Sloppy joe's on the Blackstone. Ground beef, diced onion, mustard, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, and salt and pepper. It was a first time Blackstone cook for a great aunt recipe that I've cooked countless times. It will be a Blackstone cook from now on.
This was our first experience with a premade Costco dish from their deli. The chicken enchilada casserole was pretty tasty but far more spicy than anticipated. It was on the very brink of being too hot for my wife. I found the dish quite tasty and well prepared. It was made with their rotisserie chicken that was very tender and moist.
