What's for dinner ?

I've been hungry for fish. I suggested taking the wife out to Red Lobster for dinner. So, I'm grilling out cheese burgers.

Hawiian pizza at my sister's for a change.

Sloppy joe's on the Blackstone. Ground beef, diced onion, mustard, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, and salt and pepper. It was a first time Blackstone cook for a great aunt recipe that I've cooked countless times. It will be a Blackstone cook from now on.

A friend is going to come over in a bit, not so sure but eating some of the left over applesauce as an appitizer.

Made bbq sliders with swiss cheese and honey mustard for the middle part with some pretezels.

I had leftover sloppy joes and the wife had a frozen something or another?

Independence Day calls for some USDA Prime steaks; sauteed mushrooms; corn on the cob and a glass of Pinot Noir.

I think it's calling for burgers and dogs at my house.

Had turkey burgers, Polish sasuage, pasta salad, cottage cheese, baked beans at my sister's place, my brother-in-law grilled.

Country style spare ribs and boiled potatoes and whole kernel corn.

Chicken enchilada dish from Costco

This was our first experience with a premade Costco dish from their deli. The chicken enchilada casserole was pretty tasty but far more spicy than anticipated. It was on the very brink of being too hot for my wife. I found the dish quite tasty and well prepared. It was made with their rotisserie chicken that was very tender and moist.
