George Kooymans, guitarist and co-founder of Golden Earring, has died from complications of ALS. He was 77. He co-wrote their hard-rock classic “Radar Love."

A little known fact, he did voiced several shows on Adult Swim, (I.E. China, Illinois, when it was only run by a single guy, he mostly boost up his raw selves to a college Dean Charater).
 
Actress Kelley Mack, probably best known for her work on "The Walking Dead," has succumbed to serious health issues, including glioma. She was just 33. :(

If you don't know the name Jim Lovell, you should. He passed away yesterday at 97. He's the only astronaut to go to the moon twice, but never got to walk on it (Apollo 8 and Apollo 13). He was on two Gemini missions as well. (He had a cameo near the end of the movie Apollo 13, too.)
