Winter Olympics

I haven't watched any competitions yet but did manage to watch some of the opening ceremony.
I always enjoy the thrill and drama displayed at the games. When you consider the effort and dedication to become an elite competitor on the world's largest stage, it's mind blowing. And to peak at your ability during the games and be so fortunate to not falter in your one chance to excel against athletes that have invested their life to out perform you is incredible odds. I admire the athletes and enjoy watching them compete.

Been watching today Men's Skeleton a few of the snowboarders too.

I've watched a little here and there. I caught the men's half pipe and some of the women's, some luge runs, curling, biathlon, couples skating, and some hockey. I haven't watched any of it seriously. It's fun to watch and in the mornings there isn't anything else I care to watch.
