Why does my Galaxy A13 keep switching off auto-rotate?

I swipe down to get to the quick settings (or whatever it's called), and no matter how many times I've set it to auto rotate the screen, it's switched back to either portrait or landscape lock a few minutes later. When it goes to landscape lock all on it's own, it's making a lot of stuff difficult as you'd expect. Is this a common issue?

Really moving the full screen around, and you turned it off? Moto actions and clear the data and cache, underneath apps.
