What's the weather like where you are?

22 degrees out, wind is up already to 22 mph, what just happen?

We had sunshine for the last few days... GRRR, but it is sunny out... Blasted mother nature called off her boyfriend from cheating on her... :p:p:p:p:p:p:p

It is supposed to be a bit warmer tomorrow with the high in the mid forties. Tuesday and Wednesday has low sixties predicted. Naturally, it will be windy. It will still feel better than low forties and windy. No moisture in my forecast. I hope the folks in the Northeastern states stay safe.

I hope that all impacted by the nor'easter are safe.
My local weather is improving. It's already forty two degrees and a mid sixties high is predicted for this afternoon. It is the beginning of a warming trend that lasts into the weekend before cooling back down. Highs in the low seventies for Friday and Saturday sure sound great.

After a day stuck at home yesterday during the storm I'm back at work in the city today. Major roads are cleared and transit is running with some exceptions and delays, but there is an awful lot of snow around. It will take some time to get rid of it, fortunately it's supposed to get into the 40's after today so that will be a start.

We got plenty in the city but other parts of the region got more.

I thought about you guys and that storm. It's difficult to imagine that sort of snowfall for a Kansas boy. The biggest snow storm around here in my 73 years was around 21". It was a show stopper.

That much snow is somewhat unusual for our area but not unheard of. Fortunately the city and surrounding municipalities have the infrastructure to deal with it, it just takes a bit more time when it's this much.

I have a friend in New England area, just near by my summer cottage, and happen to see the massive snow up there, man what a horrible sight.

41 degrees here, and 23 mph wind northwest.

It was super nice yesterday. The high was in the low seventies and there was very little wind. Today was even warmer. It was a bit windy at times but the temperature topped out at 80°. Tomorrow is to be another nice day with temps in the mid seventies and wind in the single digits. Sunday and days following are to be considerably cooler and rainy. We need the moisture so let it be true.

With the possibility of rain today, it is ten degrees cooler now than it was this time yesterday. The predicted high is twenty degrees cooler than the high yesterday.
Currently it is 37° with 45° predicted. We need the moisture but I don't see it anywhere on the radar map.

Today began without any wind but cold. Thirty four degrees over night with a predicted high of fifty three degrees but windy. Tuesday sounds like a better day with low seventies but cloudy and a slight chance of rain.

It is considerably warmer this morning than the past few days. It hasn't raised a degree in the last hour, however. Currently it is fifty degrees under a cloudy sky.
The predicted high for today has now been lowered to the mid sixties with a very slight chance of rain.

Today was originally supposed to be 71° and then changed to 65° this morning. I guess the weather is just too complicated to predict. They put on a good show but they aren't any better than the weather man from my youth who stuck pins in a map. The temperature topped out briefly at 56° around one pm and then promptly fell back to the forties. It didn't rain but it was humid and a bit foggy. I'd tell you what is predicted tomorrow but what's the point?

It actually rained here over night. There is a potential for rain the rest of the week. We need the rain to kick off spring's growth being as we are on permanent watering restrictions. I received .70" over night and my buddy North of Wichita .74". Currently it is 44° with an overcast sky.

It has warmed into the mid fifties and there is a heavy overcast and light drizzle. The predicted high is now fifty seven degrees. The optimistic mid sixties forecast sounded great but it ain't happening.
