foreground. now without factory resetting how do i burry it to the background? Boost.mobile app is not my carrier either and it links up with dish network.

Have a try.
Open the Boost App Info (tap the icon in the app drawer -> app info) -> Battery -> Allow background usage -> ON.

i just shut it offf...i might reset this.. but it gave me boost config on my cell..annoying .

Try using Canta and Shizuku.
