My sister who wants to spend an hour making pizza for tonight's pizza, we usually do the take home and bake,
I have no clue how to kneed dough anyways, she is really crazy in the head sometimes.

I have a package of pulled pork thawing. I plan to use the meat for some home made deluxe burritos.
I made the burritos but found I didn't have any hot salsa that I normally use. I had a jar of diced jalapenos that added the heat to the burritos. They were a bit on the hot side. I have a feeling that I'll regret adding them later.

I bought some racks of baby back that were marked down from $4.99 to $2.99 a pound. I'm smoking a rack tomorrow and doing some baked beans. I recent bought a jar of pickled hot banana pepper rings. Maybe I was just in the mood but man those rings are tasty. I plan to use some in my baked beans instead of bell. I'll spice my rack with Midnight Toker from the Spice Guy. I like the flavor better than anything else I've tried.

Years ago, I mowed for a guy that smoked meats commercially. He didn't have a place of business. Instead, he smoked meats in the parking lot of a super grocery store. He smoked their meats and they had a successful business relationship for years. He paid me two racks a week to cut his grass. I begged, him when he was quitting the smoking gig, for his spice blend recipe. He said it was a family secret and as other members of the family were still smoking commercially, he couldn't divulge the ingredients of the best tasting pork spice I've ever eaten.
