Hey, sorry for this stupidly long delay, but try and putting the commands in a terminal emulator on your tablet.

DEAR Quacles when i try root my tablet Acer Iconia 501. with your method A500. i get up to to the point where the test cmd. tries to get my serial number. However, it is unable to get my number as it says: List of any devices attached
and it says nothing underneath where i assume that it should have the serial number. I have tried plugging and un plugging and it says nothing all the time. Thanks!
