I don't think there is an issue if you Aren't tethering. Unlimited data is unlimited data, Unless you are tethering and that isn't included on your plan. It Isn't included on the unlimited plan. That's why I haven't raised hell with Metro on their Faceplant page, technically, I don't have any ground to stand on.
