so how do i install the file? i'm not a dummy here, but nothing i do seems to work.

i've placed in on my sd card, but no instructions i've found really tell me where to put it. i'm trying to install it through an app called "exuninstall" because it allows you to backup to and install from the sd card, but when i view the sd card through this program, nada.
