Is there a way to turn off the display with an app or shortcut on the home screen instead of using the button on the side of the phone? Just a pain to hold the phone to switch off the screen. I would prefer it on top somewere. Thanks...

Tried searching and could not find anything directly related to my question. Of course I probably didn't search in the right place :o. I hooked up my Pop 3 email which is Time warner Roadrunner. Incoming works great but I can't send any outgoing mail? Forgot to add I'm using the stock email...
