    replacing phone dialer with keyboard instead of keypad, more BB like.

    I miss typing in someones name on my BB keyboard and then pressing their name to call them. Love the Hero though. I know the hero can do this, but there are two things I dislike: 1. It uses a keypad not a keyboard. 2. The keypad takes up so much space that you can only see 2.5 names at a time...

    htc hero sprint insurance, worth it?

    I am 20 days into my 2 year contract. 10 days left to buy insurance for my phone (Hero) for 7$ a month. Worth it? The $100 deductible has me running already. Can I cancel the insurance at any time?

    Is Fresh 1.1 currently the best ROM? fastest? How can I stay updated with all the latest ROM news? Is there a site like linuxdistrowatch for ROMS? To people that install ROMS all the time, do you use anything to backup contacts or other info?

    Accessories best case or cover for hero - invisible shield?

    What is the preferred case for the Hero? The invisible shield looks cool, but is it enough to protect from drops? A simple cheap black silicon cover could be good, or is the innocase II worth the extra money? Something else I should consider?
