I need to get a paid app off an old nandroid backup, because when I try to install it with my current ROM (Charity 12) I get a message stating that it is incompatible with my device. I just restored my backup, but I don't know where the .apk is located.

I am rooted downloaded ROM Manager, it says latest/current recovery 2.5.0.7, but when I use ROM Manager to boot into recovery the phone just reboots and if I reboot into recovery manually I get the regular Motorola recovery screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I want to keep Google Voice 3.4 b/c it uses one number for all my calls (which = free with Verizon's friends and family) instead of 4.x using different static numbers. How can I stop it from updating? I keep deleting the 4.x .apk via Root Explorer and installing the 3.4 apk, but it's a pain.

Does anyone know a way to manually update your phone's PRL (not *228)? My PRL was updated and now I am not getting 3G where I live. I tried ##PROGRAM, but there was no place to change the PRL. Dialing ##778# does not work either for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
