Help Stuck on Samsung splash logo...
My G1 Note recently won't turn on and it loads up to the Samsung splash logo then just stays on it. It isn't frozen, as a blue 'cloud' is moving behind the logo. I understand some say to reinstall OS, but I want to know if this will wipe everything on the phone. I do have most of it backed...- ZakA
