If you don't like CM11s or ColorOS, this should give you a Nexus-like experience on the One. The ROM comes right from OnePlus. Although installing it will require that you unlock your bootloader, it won't void your warranty unless you goof up and brick your phone.

Android Authority strikes first again. It seems that they have an "in" yet they claim not to have an invite. After a little snooping, I found that Engadget beat them to the punch. That must be why they don't have an invite.
