What is the difference between noop and cfq? Should I mess with this?

Wouldn't the best way to get an official cm release on our device is have the devs do it, correct? Don't they need our device donated first? If so.. then I guess we will have to create a cm ourselves.. If not, can someone contact them?

After finding out that to efficiently create a nandroid backup, you must wipe the cache and dalvik-cache before backing up, I would like to know where the nandroid backup is located and where I could delete it so I can make a new one that is better. Thanks

Is everyone else's vibrate feeling muffled, because mine is. I feel like the samesung vibrate is really crisp and thats how I like it, but is this just a defect or is it common?

My top speed so far has been in history class. 2Mbits download .5Mbits upload. Full signal bars.

I saw somewhere that the screen was gorilla glass, but I find that hard to believe. It feels so plastic and my finger doesn't glide across the screen, it makes a resistance and doesn't like to let my finger slide smoothly. Any way to fix this? Is there a screen protector that I don't know about...

Can anyone confirm this working for their device on vm? Has anyone got error 67 using this? EDIT: This indeed works, but only certain devices can connect via adhoc. Rooted android tablets and phones will be able to connect via adhoc, but I have to find out how. All iDevices will connect...

All you have to do is pull SystemUI.apk from the system/apps folder and open it up with 7zip/WinRar, go to the res folder and drag the drawable-mdpi folder to your desktop, and send it to landon.haugh1@gmail.com. Thanks to whoever does this for me

Is there any way to change the DPI through adb? I really screwed up, the screen is bloated, I can't unlock the phone because the lock numbers only go to 9. I have android sdk and adb installed and I have root. thanks.
