    Help Can not update

    I can not get my Galaxy note to update. I am still running Gingerbread. I am unable to do the update through Kies, I've spent hours on the phone with Samsung, and ATT. ATT stated that a Samsung tech at Best Buy could flash my phone, and hopefully that would help. I went to 3 different stores...
