download pics/ringtones keep dissappearing
Samsung Note 3: for the last couple months now, all my downloads (pics, ringtones) keep dissappearing. I bought an SD card but they aren't there. Just my camera pics are there. Sooper frustrating!!!! Could my phone have a virus? I downloaded the Bitdefender app. It says I'm all good.- SMorin71
