    Help Software Update

    Last wee I updated the software of mu Samsung Note 3 and since then my phone hungs and shuts down when am brows after reading a new message still it shows message as unread. My screen goes dark occasionally on incoming calls and this really annoys me. Can anyone please help me sort out this problem
