Actor Michael Madsen has died from a heart attack at 67. He was in a lot of things, but is perhaps best known for roles in "Reservoir Dogs" and "Kill Bill." RIP, Mr. Madsen, and thanks for sharing your talents. Condolences to your fans, friends, family and loved ones.
