    Help Visual voicemail backup

    How do I backup the files/messages in my stock visual voicemail? I need to wipe my phone and start fresh and I would like to be able to restore my messages. Is each message an individual file or are they all stored in one file? What is the file extension? Thanks for your help! :) Kate

    Help Samsung Moment - takes on a life of it's own during phone calls

    Any suggestions? I like the Moment for everything EXCEPT making a phone call. It looks like the screen goes blank when the phone it at my ear, but it must come back up and then it does everything from dial numbers (loud to the person at the other end of the call), mute itself, go on speaker...
