    Data plan for mytouch 3g?

    I have a tmobile plan and I plan on getting a mytouch 3g unlocked on ebay. Will the htc mytouch 3g still work such as, will I be able to go on the internet and watch youtube videos. Or do I have to buy a data plan? Thanks. :)
